These Terms govern your use of Tokrri's website and purchases. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Tokrri is an online retailer of men's and women's undergarments. Our website (the “Site”) enables you (“you”, “customer”, “user”) to browse and purchase products.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product colors and sizing may vary slightly due to photography, device displays or manufacturing tolerances.
• Prices are in PKR and may change without notice.
• Typographical and pricing errors may be corrected at any time.
• Stock availability is not guaranteed.
• We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.
• For intimate apparel, please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email acknowledges receipt, not acceptance.
• We accept your order when we dispatch the product(s).
• We may cancel and refund orders due to payment issues, suspected fraud, listing errors or product unavailability.
• We may request additional verification before accepting an order.

5. Payments

We accept digital payments via our payment partners and may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and regions.

Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partners. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery is usually completed within 2–5 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other locations.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, strikes or unforeseen events.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties and briefs are generally non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Bras and camisoles may be returnable if unworn with all hygiene seals, tags and original packaging intact.

Return requests should be submitted within 7–14 days from delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

8. Reviews & User Content

By posting reviews, photos or comments, you grant Tokrri a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display them for marketing and operational purposes.

Do not post unlawful, obscene, infringing or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including text, logos, images, videos, branding, designs and user interface elements are owned by or licensed to Tokrri and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

• Using the Site for illegal purposes.
• Interfering with security or operations.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or attempting unauthorized access.
• Uploading malware or harmful software.
• Submitting fraudulent orders or unjustified chargebacks.

11. Warranties & Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tokrri harmless from claims, losses, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages, courier disruptions or regulatory actions.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
