Return & Refund Policy
We care about your satisfaction. This policy explains when and how returns, exchanges, and refunds apply at Tokrri.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Undergarments (panties, briefs, boxers) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless the item delivered is defective or wrong.
Bras, camisoles, lingerie sets may be returned if unworn, unwashed, with hygiene seals/tags and original packaging intact.
Returns must be requested within 7β14 days of delivery.
Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable unless faulty.
2. Return Process
Email us at returns@tokrri.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
Our support team will review and approve or decline the request.
If approved, we will share pickup or drop-off instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Customers may be asked to provide bank account details for processing.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item being delivered.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock and size.
If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn undergarments.
- Items without hygiene seal.
- Items without original tags.
- Items without original packaging.
- Gift cards.
- Vouchers.
- Promotional items.
